[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] RUSSIAN PASSPORTS AND TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AT NARA

I read that the US government ceased the records of the Imperial Russian
consulate in 1933 after recognizing the Soviet Union. These records are now
at the National Archives. Has anybody used these? My grandmother returned to
Russian Poland in 1905.
