I would agree with Richard. 

If this is an index of births, then it appears a birth of an infant was noted. But no name given because it was not baptised/christened.  Infant probably died shortly after birth.  

You would need to look at the acutal entry, or look for a death/burial record too..

  Try the Polish "Nie ochrzczę” = "I do not baptize”  ‘nieochrzcz.’
