[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] The Kashub's , a people with their own heritage

A note for Helen Gillespie and every one else who might be interested in a people called the Kashubs. 




The Kashubs date back to the year 800 and have a long and colorful history in part of Pomerania , also know as Kaszuby / Kashubia 
and Kaschubei, depending on what language you speak. The first Kashubs came to Canada around 1858 .and there are many Kashubs or people of Kashubian heritage in the USA.. 


You may even have some SGGEE members who are of Kashubian background and by the way they are very proud of their heritage .
