thank you very much for your answers. 
I know now that Humberstone is correct. In the church book entry that is difficult to read.

To the marriage, I have no data. I know that the Michael Heinrich Timm was born on 17. November 1899 in Humberstone, Ontario, Canada.
At the birth of Michael Heinrich the mother was 24 years old.

Next I have the date of death of Michael Timm - 17. September 1899 in Buffalo.
The wife Louise had married a second husband Gustav Emil Neumann. They lived in Poland, in the Dobrzyń Land.
The church book entry (Ossowka) is from 1909. 

Seeking the death record of Michael Timm and the birth entry of Michael Heinrich.
Helen, the line Bartz is not wanted at the moment, but I'll write down everything.

Helen, have you the dead record for father Michael Timm? Can you send me this record?

Ilona,
Do you know when and where Louise married Michael Timm? I have looked for a burial I Buffalo but haven't found one so far. I am assuming that since the probate was filed on September 22,1899 that Michael probably died in September. I went back and looked and it did say he died without a will and that this document allowed Louise Tim ( that is how it was spelled on the document) to dispose of his estate/ goods. It looks like she went to Ontario to be close to family before she had the baby.
