Ilona,
Do you know when and where Louise married Michael Timm? I have looked for a burial I Buffalo but haven't found one so far. I am assuming that since the probate was filed on September 22,1899 that Michael probably died in September. I went back and looked and it did say he died without a will and that this document allowed Louise Tim ( that is how it was spelled on the document) to dispose of his estate/ goods. It looks like she went to Ontario to be close to family before she had the baby.
