[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Recommended Reading

Thanks for the tip Fran, I hadn't even thought of checking KtoK.  I did 
flip through it and, as Richard suspected, I didn't find much about the 
Poland immigrants/emigrants.

Was worth a look-see though.
