Hello Linda,
Looking at the names, Preussenhaupt or Preußenhaupt and Preussentanz or Preußentanz, I can see meanings that my be useful to you. Preußenhaupt can mean "Prussian head". The word "head" here could mean chief or principal, but most likely, it means "person belonging to Prussia". This is the meaning in a poem -
Und trifft Dich eines Feindes Schwert,
Und sinkt Dein Preußenhaupt,
Heil Dir, es fält der Väter werth,
Von Lorbeerkranz unlaubt.
Rough translation:
And are you struck by an enemy sword,
And sinks your Prussian head,
Hail, it is worthy of your fathers,
Crowned with a laurel wreath.
Preußentanz could refer to a danz of the Prussians. Incidentally, you can find quite a few people with the last name of "Preußentanz" if you submit "Preußentanz" (with the quotations) to Google.
Preußentür could refer to "Prussian door" or "Door into Prussia".
Have fun.

It looks like my cut and paste didn't work very well.
From the VKP records
Adam Preussenhaupt born 1884 in Iwanowka 1884 to Heinrich and Mathilde
Jaroschewitch .
Johann Preussentanz born 1881 in Dabrowka to Heinrich and Mathilde
Jerneshawotz
Emilie Pressetuer? born in 1880 in Dubno to Heinrich and Mathilde
Czaraschewitsch.
Any guesses what this name could really be?
