[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Canadian Naturalization records 1915-1951

Thanks for that link.
I easily found my Grandfather. He was naturalized 14 years after 
arriving in Canada.
  I have not searched for  my other relatives yet.
Do you know if there is an application  that would come with the 
certificate?
I was hoping an application might  give me some new information.
