[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Volhynian Germans in Cleveland, OH?

I am aware of a branch of my paternal side whose relatives emigrated to Cleveland, OH after WWII.  I am not aware of why they chose Cleveland.  Herman Zwingelberg (1903-1976) emigrated in 1952 along with wife Selma Nehrenberg and their children Harry, Heinz, Ewald, Erika, Siegfried, and Giesela.  Herman  Zwingelberg's father Otto (b 1867) was brother to my great grandfather, also Herman Zwingelberg (1873-1947).  My great grandfather's family moved from Koenigsburg area to Volhynia (Zhitomir district) in about 1870-1880.  My great grandfather emigrated in 1896 to South Dakota.

Don't know that this helps you a lot, though, as names you list and listed by Gary don't show up on my known family lists.  But there may have been some Cleveland connection with Volhynian Germans.
