I've been following this thread, not because of the place name but because
of the surname - Petrich.

Ernestine (Fregin)  Petrick was married to Johann  Petrick.  Ernestine was
the sister of Amelie (Fregin) Dietz (spouse: Louis Dietz/Tietz) and of my
Great-Grandmother, Paulina (Fregin) Zellmer (spouse: Gustav Adolf Zellmer).
I believe that Ernestine Fregin Petrick was Emil Zellmer's Godmother.


John (Johann) Petrick born  2-15-1873  Died  10-5-1922
 
Ernestine Fergin Petrick   B: 11-15-1869   D: 9-29-1952 - Daughter of
Frederich & Henrietta (Harold )  (Majewski) Fergin.

Do any of these people fit into your Petrich people?

Because:
The list of inhabitants of Ozierce/Ozerce, north of Dymitrowka and NW of
Luzk, shows for the year 1940
- Ewald Petrich, wife Theresa Liebert
- Gottfried Petrich, wife Anna Oldach
- August Petrich, wife Olga Hemmerling
- Gustav Petrich, wife Lydia ??
- Arnold Helbrecht, wife Anna ?Hauf ?
Source is a list of Pfarrer (parson) Albert Krause !

The other place you mentioned might be Czarne Lozy. There are two places
with this name near Ozierce. One is some km west of O., the other is a bit
more away -. SW of. O.
