Because:

Luzk,
shows for the year 1940
- Ewald Petrich, wife Theresa Liebert
- Gottfried Petrich, wife Anna Oldach
- August Petrich, wife Olga Hemmerling
- Gustav Petrich, wife Lydia ??
- Arnold Helbrecht, wife Anna ?Hauf ?
Source is a list of Pfarrer (parson) Albert Krause !

The other place you mentioned might be Czarne Lozy. There are two places 
with this name near Ozierce. One is some km west of O., the other is a bit 
more away -. SW of. O.
