[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Also confused about Reder/Roeder ancestors

I have not gotten very far back on my Reder/Roeder family either.  They are
not listed on any SGGEE database that I can see.

My great grandparents were August Reder and Auguste Froehlich (and many
variant spellings of each name) -->I only know these names as they are
listed on my grandpa's marriage certificate.

I know nothing about them.  They had children:
1. Albertine born Nov 29, 1899 in Chotynka?, Poland
2. Olga (do not know when she was born or if she was indeed a sister)
3. My grandfather August born June 18, 1907 in Kuty Zalesie?, Poland
4. Lydia born Sept 14, 1909

My grandpa's generation and forward is all discovered but we have always
wondered where we came from on the great grandparents side.
