[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Family Search Look up Help

I had found the parents to my Johann Friedrich Diefenbacher *1779 and his children, where some children had moved on to the Volhynia.  He was Johannes Diefenbacher oo *24 Jun 1766 Margaretha Ruegner,Ringer or Rieger, many spellings again, also found more children


One son was Ernst Friedrich Diefenbacher *19 Oct 1768 in Calmbach,Schwarzwald,Württemberg, +10 Sep 1807, Bern, Switzerland, I don't know if he had married, that I can't find any records, and I can't look into the records on Family Search to Browse, Can someone please help me and look up Ernst Friedrich Diefenbacher +1807 in Bern,Switzerland, that Bern is Block and I am not a member to look into it.
