Hello Vera,
sounds quite Czech. The origin could be BLASCHKA / BLASCHKE from blažek = the happy one.
Czech blažen = happy, simple
Blažena = Beata

Though the most common interpretation of BLAŽKA is from Saint Blasius [Blaise, Czech Blažej].

Quoted from J. ČERNÝ : Příspěvky k české etymologii lidové, Praha 1894, p. 27:

    Blažej ovšem utvořeno vzhledem k adj. blažený, než etymologie vulgární spojovala též jméno "Blažka" s "bláznem"
