Just a note on the Evangelical records for Grodziec. As noted by others
many are available from the Mormons on microfilm. These are in standard
format in Polish or Russian, so the translation is not a troublesome as you
might imagine if you use the SGGEE guide or other guides.

What is a problem is that the Mormons did not microfilm all the records so
you might find you are missing some records. However, do know that the
archive at Konin has many of the missing years. (I was just there in June).

As far as I know, they do not respond to requests for copies of records.
So you need to hire someone to go to Konin and look. And while that person
is there, it is wise for them to search also for related records like
brothers and sisters and grandparents.
