[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] accessing the Russia, St. Petersburg Lutheran Church Book Duplicates

I have found 2 records that I am trying to save but its saves them in a 
format I cannot open.  Is there a trick that I don't know of to save these 
images. The site gives that option?
