[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Location

Dwayne,

The part of the entry that takes about "leave" sounds much like an entry 
in my grandfather's military papers when he had leave to visit home.   
Was the person you seek in the military?   If so, the place may only be 
the place he was stationed.
