[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Ewz Files

I have lost my contact for obtaining information from the National  Archives. 
Does anyone have a name or email address of someone that still  visits the 
National Archives. I am trying to get copies of the EWZ files that  include the 
name of Johann, Rosina and Samuel Richter from Jelowica near  Rowno.
