[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] German Occupation - Latvian - Contractor

An associate genealogist, who is German & lives in Hamburg (a possible
distant cousin of mine, still est. the link), suggested the term might be
of Latvian origin & could possibly mean "Contractor"
