Gerrie,
My guess is that *Drozna* is a mispelling of Derazno / Derazne / Drazne.
There are severals in Volhynia.
Bear in mind that it would not be unusual to see the wolost town in the
records instead of the small village the people actually came from.
The ODL shows the birth of an August Marzinkowska, * 20 Jul 1874 in
Dubruwka, son of Heinrich Marzinkowska and Justine Sommerfeld. You may
still have to proof that this is actually YOUR August Marcinkowski.
Kolonie Dabrowka = Dombrowka was located NE of Derazno, abt. 35km NNW of
Rowno. The colonie had 104 inhabitants in 1888.
The village is NOT on the 1:200,000 scale map 4451 Rowno.

You'll find both Derazne and Kolonie Dabrowka on P45_S42_Derazne,
scale at 1:100,000. Be warned, the map has about 10MB.

Hope this helps. irene
