[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Explorer v.7 compatibility with SGGEE website

I am running Windows XP Home (service pack 2) with Explorer 7.0.5730.11 and 
have no problems with the databases.
However when I first upgraded to Explorer 7,  I could not access the 
databases.  When my system  died  recently I did a clean install of Windows, 
and the problem went away.  So whether Microsoft fixed the problem or the 
reinstall of Windows fixed the problem I will never know.   I suspect the 
latter.
