[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Translation service address

The e-mail address is trans at genealogienetz.de Type _TRANS_ in the subject
line, and #GER>ENG in the first line of the message, followed by the passage
to be translated, for German to English. Other translations are done
similarly, e.g, English to Polish is #ENG>POL The translation is done in 2
or 3 days in most cases.
