[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Surname: Tschelog

List members:  I have come across this surname and after searching  
many data bases, can only find one other instance of its use, that  
being in the German telephone directory for Duesseldorf.
My guess is that it is a Slavic name but I can't find any information  
on its origin, etc on the web.  Can anyone give me some background  
information on this name, such as origin, ethnicity, etc.
