[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Hirsekorn's in Poland

I'm trying to locate my Grandfather's & Grandmother's parents and other
Family members who lived in Poland.
My Grandfather was Emanuel Hirsekorn born May17, 1879 in Poland, died
Apr. 30,1952 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, buried in Lakeland Cemetery,
Lakeland, Manitoba.
His father may have been John Frederick Hirsekorn born Sept. 17,1858 in
Neu-Sulzfeld, Province of Petergow, Poland.
My Grandfather & his brother Gustav immigrated to USA in 1909 & then to
Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1910.
My Grandmother was Eva (Appel) Hirsekorn, born Feb.12, 1886 in Poland,
died Feb. 22, 1967 in La Riviere, Manitoba, buried Lakeland Cemetery,
Lakeland, Manitoba.
Her father may have been Fred Appel and mother Julianna.
Eva and infant daughter Emma immigrated to Canada in 1910, & first
settled in Winnipeg, Manitoba with husband Emanuel and then farmed in
the Chatfield, Manitoba area.
