>From a quick check of the early Missouri Synod Pastors for Manitoba and
Saskatchewan, there was no reference to a George Stamm and I don't have any
reference for Alberta; however I am sure that the Concordia Historical
Institute, in Missouri would have the information; it has an exceptionally
good Archive.
