It could be that this man had only been in that church in the latter
half or decade of his life.
Just a guess.

Could someone tell me what a "Kirchenjungster" is? A young Church
person as opposed to a Church elder?
This appeared on the Lutheran death record of someone who was 65 years
old when he died. The record states that he was a "Schneidermeister
[Master Taylor] und Kirchenjungster".
