[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] patronyme question

Hello,

I am interested in any information about the origin of the patronyme
"Yumosovitch", that I can clearly read in an old document. Does this
really mean, that the first name of this person's father was "Yumos"? I
never
have heard such a name. Is it a common name in Ukraine? Any idea, maybe
also for a Russian, Polish or German name equivalent, or about the
origin of
this name would be very helpful.
