[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] A reminder about responding to digest messages

Just wanted to remind all subscribers that in responding to digest 
messages, 2 extra steps are required.

1.  Change the subject line to one appropriate to the response you are 
making.  If you don't do this, the subject line will be meaningless and 
some people may not read your message.

2.   Digest messages are posted for a full day.  Therefore, delete all the 
messages which are not applicable to the response you are 
posting.  Including all the messages for the day is not only a waste of 
bandwidth but makes it very difficult for the reader to follow the 
appropriate thread.


If you have any comments or questions about this, please respond to me 
personally rather than through the list.
