Hello all: My cousin in Germany reports that the new web page for Memorial Krasnoyarsk chapter 
has been posted. Most of the documents are to be seen only in Russian, although the site reports a
huge effort to publish English and German translations is planned for this year. If you can read
Russian, there is a lot of information here. Otherwise, bookmark the site and check back every
once in a while for English or German.
