Sorry but some bad news for you.  The reason you cannot find the Chelm 
parish on LDS microfilms is that they don't exist.  There are no records 
for that entire SE corner of modern Poland.

We have heard about the availability of some records that may actually be 
held by the local Lutheran Church in Lublin.  We are working on determining 
what is there and how to access them.
