[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] request Polish translation

I have a few church films from 1838-1846 (Sierpc) translated to English but
the translator could not read the writing 100 % and has left a few question
marks in the translation.

I am looking for someone who can read old Polish writing who is willing to
help me fill in some missing blanks.
