Friends are searching for Volhynian Home of Emil and August Wirch who came thru Ellis Island from Argentina and on to Winnipeg in 1912. Declared father as Friedrich Wirch from Volhynia and their Russian Residence as Oelfsk, Russia. Brent Mai's translation of the Expropriation of Land from the Germans in Volhynia 1915 shows Gustav Werch, father Friedrich to have land expropriated at Kutuzovska, Neumanovka. The Villiage index in Mai's book shows Olevsk and Olewsk in Ovruch Uzed while Kutuzovka is shown in the Zhitomir Uzed. can someone help?
