[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Greiffenberg Germany/Gryfow Slaski Poland Surname Hammer

My Grandfather Gustav Hammer was born in Greiffenberg Germany, now Gryfow 
Slaski Poland in 1864. Other than his date of birth I know very little about 
his parents or siblings. 

I need help. Could someone please advise me on how to contact the local Roman 
Catholic Church In Gryfow Slaski? The FHC has some church records but not for 
the period that I am interested in, 1858-1870.
