[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] question re parish records Roschischtsche

Hello:I am trying to find a marriage record that is located in the St. Petersburg Lutheran Evangelical archives published by the LDS.
The reason I want to see the record is to identify parents names of the groom, in particular. Can anyone direct me as to how to find this record to actually view it?
