[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Opening a złoty bank account in Poland?

I was able to pay researchers in Poland and the Ukraine through Western 
Union.
It was very easy to do online.
There is an option to transfer money directly into a bank account.
I thought the fees were pretty reasonable.
