I have had a couple of further requests about "information" from Zhitomir from 1885 through 1915, and whether it is available on the Web somewhere.

The archives in Zhitomir have a huge amount of stuff. A minute amount of it is on the Internet. But beyond that, "information" is a rather general term. There are many rooms filled with documents, but they might not be what you are looking for. Specifics would really help when making a request.
