Wilma,

I found the 1872 birth record for Adolf Ludwig Wolter to Johann Wolter 
and Henriette Sommerfeld while extracting records from a microfilm of 
Lublin area births for 1871-1873. I am now working on indexing records 
for the Lublin Project from dvds made of the records in the church at 
Lublin. I am indexing thousands of records from 1868-1873 alone and 
other volunteers are working on other years from 1830s to 1930s. It is a 
huge undertaking. Indexes for several years have been completed and Karl 
Krueger's team hopes to have a search engine for those ready soon; the 
pastor in Lublin is arranging for a payment method so people can order 
records directly from the church. I can tell you that Pauline Wolter, 
daughter of Johann Wolter and Henriette Sommerfeld, died in Kijany near 
Lublin in September 1869. I indexed this record. You can find

So, Lublein is likely Lublin. But the records I've seen do not say where 
they were earlier, nor have I seen a marriage record.

Rose had found a birth record of a child of Johan and Henrietta's (Adolf Ludwig) that was born in Lublin in 1872.
