[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Russian translation request (only a few words)

I have a German song book that my grandmother owned.  It has a few
handwritten words in Russian at the back of the book which I suspect are
names of train stations that my grandmother passed through during her
deportation in 1915 to Siberia.  Is there anyone who could offer to
translate this for me?  There are only a few lines.  If so, I can e-mail a
scan of the text.
