This German language magazine is published by the Landsmannschaft der 
Deutschen aus Russland.

This is primarily a cultural magazine focused on the Germans who have 
returned to Germany from Russia.  It covers all of former Russian territory 
except for Poland and may be of interest to those of you who can read German.

For genealogical purposes, most issues contain obituaries and contact 
requests that may be of help in your research.

Issues available on line start with April of this year and it is apparently 
published 10 or 11 times per year.  See
