According to this Regine was August's first wife and he married Anna WEISS
and had further children in Muntowka (if it is the same family).

We have been able to translate the following - 

July 6th birth date, Baptism is July 7th 1885 - the name is Wilhelm Bohn. 

Parents are August Bohn and Regine Weiss. Godparents Andreas Wagner and
Julianna Weiss. 

Just need the place.

The place could be what is listed in Jerry Frank's index as Muntowka, at C-2
on his map.  I think this must be near Vladimir Volynsk.
