[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] book search

Dear Friends,

I am searching for the copy of Mykhailo Kostiuk's "Liquidation of 
Volhynian Germans' Property in the Years of 1914-1916, Nominal Lists" 
that was present at last year's SGGEE Convention in Calgary.  Rose 
Ingram reports that it is not in the SGGEE Library, and I have a faint 
recollection that someone at that convention agreed to take it home, use 
it, and take care of it until the next convention.  My mistake for not 
making a record of this. It's a large blue (I think) book with the title 
printed in three languages, Ukrainian, German and English. If anyone 
either has this book or knows who does, would you please let me know?  
My gratitude would almost cover my embarrassment.
