Earl,
a google hit, the only one, tells me something about Szczuberg, a family
name in an article in a polish newspaper of Zakopane in 1938.
The mentioned article is a summary of donators for polish soldiers and
"N.S. Szczuberg" gave 1 zloty, no more details.
My polish friend told me instead about a small village Szczuryn =
Szczurzyn near Rozyszcze, Kreis Luck
https://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szczurzyn , but I'm not sure if we talk
about a family name or name of a village or domicile.
Is there a link to the record available?
