Hal,

 

               The Zhytomyr Oblast Archives records are not yet on-line but
will be very shortly.  SGGEE will put them up on the website in the next few
weeks.   A group of people have been working on these data and getting them
ready for quite a while.   Since I have no wish to tantalize you in the
meantime, if you give me the names of the people you are interested in, I
will be glad to look them up for you.

Could you please provide a link to the Zhytomyr Oblast Archives?

I have deceased relatives in the Heimtal and/or Novograd Volynsk parishes.
Their village was Alt Krausendorf.
