[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Help with Name of Place

Hello All,
I want to say thank you in advance for anyone willing to help me out.  I just recently found the passenger list for the ship my 2nd great-grandfather (Adolph Miletzki) came to America on in 1912.  He sailed from Bremen, Germany, and I cannot discern the name of the town they have written for his last residence.  It is written a few times throughout the list, and each seems a bit different.  All I know is that it was in Russian territory.  I would like to know the name of the town and where it was/is exactly.  I can send a screenshot of the writing to anyone that wants to check it out.
Also, it has his birthplace as Blumenthal, Russia (I think it is supposed to be spelled Blumental which was in Volhynia).  Can anyone tell me where that was/is?
