[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] requesting record search from Piotrokov Tribulanski

I heard about the census about 10 years ago too, and been offered by a
researcher.
At the time I didn't go further as I found information through other ways
but I am again interested since 10+ pages of seems like quite an
informative and detailed census to have
