[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] researcher needed for Bavaria

Hello all,

I am looking for a researcher in Bavaria for a friend.

She is researching her Bouillon family in the late 1700s or early 1800s. Their specialty was glass fabrication and production ,they opened a factory in Oklushye  ,Luga near Saint Petersburg in 1858.

Any advice would be appreciated.
