[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Summary of the online databases

Dear Friends, 

First question: Outside the SGGEE and Family Search online databases, what
is available for online research regarding to Germany-Poland-Volhynia or
related regions, for Lutherans?
  
Second question: In the following links there are good search engines for
the Poland region, but I did not understand the difference between  them.
One is about Lutherans only, am I correct?
