[Ger-Poland-Volhynia] Help with translation

Den 22. Jan. 1806 wurde aus Sluchaj bei Bycz des Wirths (= Landwirt) Martin 
Buß von seinem Weibe Anna Maria Sido den 15. Jan. geborenes Knäblein zur h. 
Taufe gebracht und Peter genannt.
Taufzeugen waren Andr. Krüger, W. Johann Biel? Fr. W. Mariana Reimannin 
(Marianne Reimann), W. Anna Christina Sido, Jungfer (maid)


On January 22, 1806 was  from Sluchaj near Bycz of the farmer Martin Buss 
born of his wife Anna Maria Sido little boy on January 15 brought to holy 
baptism and called Peter.
