The last time I did it, about 6 years ago, it was $8 or so U.S.  Now I think they demand it all done on line, ordering and paying.

In Australia, from memory, it was pretty cheap, USD$8-$30.  I can't quite 
recall, it was a few years ago.  Maybe I got 3 of them and that's where I'm 
getting the $30 figure from???
I do recall being very dizzy by the time I'd finished going through them!!
