  followed a pointer to an interesting site (per the subject)
 
  I thought I found one of interest to me at

  My grandfather's village was Barany,  about 9km ssw of  Lipno..  
  Unfortunately the Barany page was empty,  but you may be  searching
  other places in the area..
 
  If you can't read Polish,  you'll need translation via  Google or other ..
